One of Kennetbridge's strengths is a background in equal opportunities work. The focus has shifted in recent years from an emphasis on disadvantaged minority groups, to a belief in valuing everyone's uniqueness,and in strength and opportunity coming from diversity.
For organisations to be able to derive the maximum benefit from this approach to management, some basic knowledge (for example of the law) needs to exist, as well as the will to set aside damaging prejudices. Kennetbridge's training therefore combines information provision with some experiential work on attitudes and belief systems.
